RHB Securities (Thailand) Public Company Limited (“The Company”), the company was registered on August 24, 2004, with registered capital of 840.00 million baht, and a paid-up capital of 819.17 million baht. ordinary shares at par value of Bath 1 each.


As at 31 December 2024, major shareholder of the Company is Phillip Brokerage Pte. Ltd which holds 99.95% of the Company's total paid-up capital.


RHB Securities (Thailand) Public Company Limited (“The Company”), the 27th member of The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET), licensed with Type-A License under the enforcement of the Securities and Exchange Act, and approved by The Office of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and The Company is also allowed to engage in the derivatives business of the Sor 1 type under the Derivatives Act. The Company has been approved by SEC to operate the derivatives brokerage business and financial advisory business.
