Qualifications;

Training;
  • First to Second Months Training for Investment products, Securities Business, IC Experience sharing and online Training
  • Third to fourth months coaching by IC Team Leader with on the job training
KPIs
  • Possess IC Plain License within 2 months
  • Sustainability of clients’ portfolio
  • Revenue target to be set to cover staff’s own salary & + certain % of profit for the company 1.5 times

Responsibilities;
  • Responsible for the big and small to midcap contractors.
  • Participate in marketing trip.
  • Ensure timely and accurate dissemination of the idea and communicate investment ideas to Marketing staff in the form of industry/company research reports, presentations and oral communication.
  • Monitor the economic, financial and stock market developments in Thailand as well as overseas where appropriate to ensure the quality of the Company’s services are superior to those available in the local scene.

Qualification;
  • Bachelor Degree or higher in Finance, Economic or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Analyst in Securities industry.

Responsibilities

  • Perform Compliance checks on the whole process trade order, order register, improper trading.
  • Review business process and perform structured risk management assessment for each audit area.
  • Perform appropriate sample testing to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and the efficiency of the performance of activities under review.
  • Prepare Compliance findings and make recommendations for correcting unsatisfactory conditions, improving operations and reducing costs.
  • Carry out follow-up review of the implementation of audit recommendations.
  • Develop, guide, coach competent staff.
  • Assist in reviewing newly drafted policies and procedures for adequacy of controls and efficiency, for all business operations functions.
  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities as requested by Head of Compliance.
  • Ensure compliance with rules and guidelines of SET, SEC, AMLO and the company's internal policies and procedures.
  • Staying abreast of new guidelines, policies, rules and regulations.
  • Display teamwork and cooperation and work closely with other senior management personnel in the Group at all times. 
  • Prepare a summary Compliance Report on a monthly basis to KL Group Compliance.

Qualification

  • Experience 10 years in Compliance and Internal Audit area from securities business.
  • Knowledge in rules and regulations in Securities.
  • A good team player as well as the ability work independently and have good relationship with regulators will be an advantage.
  • Good command of English.
