1. Investment Consultant, Team Member, Head Team
Responsibilities:-
The primary functions and responsibilities shall include (but not limited to) the following:-
  • Marketing, dealing and execution of trade for clients
  • Managing clients' portfolio.
  • Buying and selling of local and foreign shares
Qualification:-
  • Possess Single License and / or Derivatives License.
  • Non-experience candidates who possess Single License and / or Derivatives License are also welcomed.
  • Good analytical skills with sound knowledge of the securities industry. Candidates with a wide network of established business contacts will have added advantage.

2. Head of Retail Equities
Responsibilities:-
  • Responsible for all activities under Retail Brokerage Functions, assures Retail Brokerage function stability through development and implementation of standards and controls, systems and procedures and procedures and regular evaluation.
  • Develop and monitors strategies for ensuring the long-term financial Viability of the retail Brokerage function.
  • Oversees the operations in Retail Brokerage function to manage its compliance with legal, SEC, SET and Regulator’s requirement.
  • Effectively manages the human resources of the Retail Brokerage function according to authorized personnel policies and procedures that fully conform to current laws and regulations.
Qualification:-
  • Minimum 25 years of working experiences in Securities business, at least 10 years of experience in Management level – focus on Retail Business.
  • Have in-depth and strong knowledge in the Business.
  • Strong connection / network in Securities business.
  • Strong knowledge in Securities business.
3. Head of Debt Capital Market (DCM)
Responsibilities:-
  • Focuses on DCM products such as corporate bonds, securitizations [and convertible bonds (future)].
  • Lead the origination, structuring and implementation process around corporate bond and other debt financing transactions.
  • Lead the DCM function to secure and execute potential financing transactions and bring fee income business.
  • To handle complex transactions in DCM with expertise in analytics and modeling of corporate balance sheets related to investment banking financing pitches and transactions.
  • Performing deal sourcing and syndicate function, manage the deal process including price bargaining, term sheet structuring, credit approval, security documentation and negotiation and trade execution.
  • Responsible for roadshows on DCM activities.
  • To work closely with coverage staff and RHB Bank staff in relationship management duties which include identifying cross sell opportunities.
  • Ensure DCM processes are run on timely basis, on a robust and sustainable business platform.
  • Ensure transactions comply with P&P, regulations. Liaise with Compliance Dept on DCM policies/procedures.
Qualification:-
  • Degree in Finance / Business or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in investment banking, with solid experience in Debt Capital Markets (DCM).
  • Practical experience in leading transactions in DCM with expertise in analytics and modeling of corporate balance sheets.
  • Sufficient experience as a business driver and team leader with proven ability to manage a DCM business.
4. Head of Equity Capital Market (ECM)
Responsibilities:-

5. Senior Compliance Manager
Responsibilities:-
  • To provide legal and regulatory advice to the business units and all ICs.
  • To contact the relevant regulatory agency to ensure the business operates according to regulations.
  • To prepare the various reports on compliance for submission to the SEC and the relevant committees such as MANCO, BMC, Audit Committee, etc.
  • To prepare the monthly compliance report for regional compliance.
Qualification:-
  • Experience 10 years in Compliance and Internal Audit area from securities business.
  • Knowledge in rules and regulations in Securities.
  • A good team player as well as the ability work independently and have good relationship with regulators will be an advantage.
  • Good command of English.
6. Sales Institutional Equities Manager
Responsibilities:-
  • To provide comprehensive services to local fund managers.
  • To provide good recommendations to the institutional clients, get on their broking panels and expand our local client base.
  • To arrange marketing roadshow to local fund managers.
  • To do presentation and marketing roadshow to institutional investors, fund managers and potential clients.
  • Servicing fund managers on daily basis and provide market outlook , update news, strategies and trading ideas.
Qualification:-
  • Experience 5 years up in institution equities.
  • Knowledge in Institutional Equities.
  • Good relation with institutional investors.
  • Good communication skills.
7. Institutional Equities Dealer Manager
Responsibilities:-
  • Marketing, dealing and execution of trade for Institutional clients.
  • To provide good recommendations to the institutional clients.
  • Handling daily trading statistics to be sent to Institutional clients.
  • Responsible for calling buy side dealers for market briefs.
  • Handling all requests from buy side dealers.
  • To consolidate all data for clients' order to be sent to group head.
  • To follow up with client's requested for swap information regarding their trades .
  • Handling in sub account open/ close/ change custodian and sub account names.
  • To do the trade confirmation for text file and excel program.
Qualification:-
  • Holds a valid Dealer’s License.
  • Experience 5 years up in dealing and trading in equities market.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Strong numeracy skills, attention to detail and Knowledge in Institutional Equities.
  • Motivated, adaptive and willing to take ownership of tasks outside than what is required.
8. Head of Derivatives Broking
Responsibilities:-
  • Source and identify business opportunities and building and expanding the presence of the company In Thailand.
  • To take ownership of RHBST derivatives brokerage business by setting direction and business strategy to grow derivatives trading business.
  • To identify market opportunities to enlarge revenue stream as well as client-based.
Qualification:-
  • Minimum 8 years in a similar role in the industry
  • Strong knowledge of Derivatives Broking business
  • Excellent analytically and problem-solving skills
  • Independent and able to work hard under pressure
  • Good command of English
9. Fundamental Research Analyst
Responsibilities:-
  • Responsible for the big and small to midcap contractors.
  • Participate in marketing trip.
  • Ensure timely and accurate dissemination of the idea and communicate investment ideas to Marketing staff in the form of industry/company research reports, presentations and oral communication.
  • Monitor the economic, financial and stock market developments in Thailand as well as overseas where appropriate to ensure the quality of the Company’s services are superior to those available in the local scene.
  • Prepare and make sound presentations, compile economic data and build a database for research and forecasting.
  • On a daily basis, to communicate with the dealing departments in the Group on market sentiments and other relevant up-to-date information.
  • Vet the various research papers to ensure quality standards are maintained.
  • Establish, maintain and enforce a proper supervisory programme and competent system of internal controls.
  • At all times observe, comply and be conversant with all Acts, laws, articles of associations, rules and regulations affecting the Group’s business and the securities and banking industries and all other statutory modifications and reenactments as may be introduced thereto.
  • At all times to exercise and maintain a high standard of integrity and professionalism and do everything to preserve and enhance the good reputation of and add goodwill to the Group.
Qualification:-
  • Bachelor Degree or higher in Finance, Economic or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Analyst in Securities industry.
  • Excellent in English – Research technical terms.
  • Having Analyst License.
  • Excellent organizational skills; strong written and verbal communication skills.
10. Fixed Income Sales
Responsibilities:-
  • Exercise and maintain a high standard of integrity and professionalism in dealing with new clients and build close rapport relationship with existing clients.
  • Coordinating and managing product offerings and sales.
  • To advise / provide recommendation to clients.
  • Analyzing financial information relating to specific companies, e.g. company results, profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow statements to determine how an organization is positioned to deliver for investors.
  • Comply and be conversant with all rules and regulations affecting the company’s businesses industries from time to time as may be introduced thereto.
Qualification:-
  • Bachelor Degree or higher in Finance, Economic or related field.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in mutual fund, debenture holder, Bonds Selling products.
  • Have a wide network of established business contacts.
  • Good teamwork player.
  • Possessed Single License.
11. E-Business Project Manager
Responsibilities:-
  • Understand RHBS business requirement, customer need, market trends and be able to analyses for conclusion and recommendation.
  • Lead for E-Business 's Project/Services assigned by team head with the task below
    • Gather and Lead for business requirement/Customer journey and can find out solution by co-ordinate with IT, vendor and stake holders.
    • Lead Acquisition process and drive project until project launch.
    • Monitor project/service after launch and make an analyzation for project improvement.
    • Co-ordinate with Marketing and related team to make activities (ex. Training, marketing campaign) to make project meet business target (ex. Trading volume, engagement rate.).
    • Provide Guidelines or related documents that need for the project.
  • Engagement on company marketing activities on both online and off-line channels
Qualification:-
  • Bachelor Degree or higher in Computer Science, Finance, Economic or related field.
  • At least 5year experience e-business online and internet/digital marketing also securities knowledge.
  • Strong technical background and capabilities.
  • Able to communicate In English.
  • Motivated to work on own initiative and the ability to make and implement decisions.
  • Demonstrable self-leader, comfortable with performing within a dynamic environment.
12. IT Security Manager
Responsibilities:-
  • Implement IT Security controls to ensure compliance with Group IT Security policy, standards and guidelines.
  • Conduct on-going assessment on the effectiveness of IT Security controls and recommend improvement plans for any identified gap.
  • Ensure exception is obtained and approved for any exception and deviation of IT Security policy, standards and guidelines.
Requirements:-
  • At least 5+ years’ experience in IT Security, Infrastructure security.
  • Good understanding of security tools and technologies such as firewalls/IPS/SIEM.
  • Be able to work independently with service-minded characteristics.
  • Good communication skills.
13. Investment Banking
Responsibilities:-
Strategy
  • Assist the CF Head in defining goals and developing business plan, strategy and action plans.
  • Implement action plans and driving strategy to achieve the goals.
  • Promote working environment to obtain full collaboration and harmonization among team members in attaining the goals.
Business development
  • Supervise and provide guidance to Team member in exploring new business opportunities with existing /potential clients.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationship with clients, authority and other professionals.
  • Promote and reinforce the reputation of RHB's CF to public and business community.
  • Build relationship with other professionals i.e. other IB firms, Accounting firms, Legal firms, etc.
Deal origination
  • Assist the CF Head in formulating the project team to work on each specific deal considering each member's expertise, experience and workload.
  • Supervise and provide any necessary assistance and advice to the Team member in deal origination to assure the most appropriate financial services/solutions has been prepared and presented in response to client's needs.
  • Organize the regular meeting with Team member to follow up the work progress.
  • Organize the meeting with client to update the work status and any updated information from client
  • Deal with the SET, SEC and TSD officers to obtain the approval on the Securities issuance and register new shares on the Stock Exchange of Thailand.
Team management
  • Assist the team member in the due diligence process, preparing working paper and SEC pre-consult presentation, preparing filing and SEC, SET application.
  • Assist the team member in reviewing the draft analyst research report.
  • Act as a mentor, coach and role model to Team member.
  • Maintain and recruit talented members to the Execution Group.
  • Manage and allocate appropriate workload to the Execution Group members.
  • Manage the Execution Group members to improve their function competencies and develop a good career path.
Qualification:-
  • Bachelor or higher in Finance Accounting Investment or related field.
  • Strong in Corporate Finance knowledge.
  • Strong critical-thinking and analytical skills.
  • Good command of English.
14. Equity Derivatives Trader
Responsibilities:-
  • Execute SSF block trade order with compliance manner.
  • Execute DW Market making and hedging activity.
  • Execute other approved strategy trading portfolio.
  • Be able to analyst market sentiment for trading purpose.
  • Manage excel sheet and VBA script.
  • Operate daily report to related department.
  • Other ad hoc assignment.
Qualification:-
  • Bachelor degree in any related field.
  • Possess single license and derivative license.
  • Excel and VBA skill are a plus .
  • Fluent in Thai and English.
  • Fresh graduated are welcomed.
15. Equity Derivatives Sales and Syndication
Responsibilities:-
  • Conduct sales and marketing activities of SSF block trade and other equity derivative products through various channels such as seminars, webinars, online contents, or interpersonal.
  • Promote marketing campaign to increase revenue.
  • Be able to analyst data to provide market movement, customer’s activities and competitor’s analysis.
  • Communicate one on one with IC by request.
  • Operate daily report.
  • Other ad hoc assignment.
Qualification:-
  • Bachelor degree in any related field.
  • Possess single license and derivative license.
  • Photoshop or illustrator is a plus.
  • Fluent in Thai and English.
  • Fresh graduated are welcomed.
16. Accounting Manager
Responsibilities:-
  • Prepare the financial statements and reports to RHB Group i.e. IB Finance, Group Risk, Group ALM, etc. within timeline.
  • Prepare the financial statements and required reports to local regulators and external auditors within timeline.
  • Prepare performance report to local management i.e. CEO, Risk, DSP, IE, IT, etc. within timeline.
  • Prepare and analyze annual budget (Operating Expense, Capital Expenditures, Headcount) within timeline.
  • Prepare weekly forecast to RHB Group within timeline.
  • Prepare data for month-end closing within timeline.
  • Implement process and control improvement at least 2 areas per year.
  • Support the assignments from RHB group and the management.
Qualification:-
  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting.
  • 5-6 years experience in Accounting, preferable in banking/securities is a plus.
  • Able to work under pressure, long working hours, and weekends/holidays.
  • ositive Plus attitude, commitment, detailed-oriented, teamwork.
  • English (Intermediate Level in reading, writing, speaking).
  • Good understanding of accounting process.
  • Good knowledge and skill in audit procedures will be an advantage.
  • MIS and analytical skill is a plus.
